Nestled amidst the whispering native flora and rolling hills, between Pottsville and Burringbar, there exists a haven born of creativity and nurtured by a passion for holistic living – Two Winds Cabin.
Creation isn’t just a pastime; it’s the very essence of my being. As a Holistic Interior Designer, I’m driven not merely by aesthetics but by the profound belief that our surroundings deeply impact our wellbeing.
Two Winds Cabin isn’t just a structure; it’s a manifestation of this belief. Together with my builder husband, Sam, we’ve woven together elements of nature, thoughtful design, and sustainability to craft a space that resonates with purpose. It’s more than just a retreat; it’s a sanctuary where individuals can reconnect with themselves, forge deeper bonds with others, and commune with nature.
At Bay Design Co., my endeavour is to create interiors that transcend mere beauty – they’re sanctuaries for the soul. By seamlessly integrating natural elements and mindful design, I strive to foster environments that promote harmony and wellbeing.
But Two Winds Cabin is more than a personal project; it’s a communal space, a gathering ground for kindred spirits. Surrounded by a village of talented and supportive individuals, we’ve created a space where magic happens. It’s a place where friends and family gather, where mini retreats unfold, and where souls are enriched through connection, nourishing food, and holistic practices.
During a recent gathering at the cabin, I witnessed the transformative power of women coming together in shared purpose. There’s a unique warmth and energy when soul sisters unite – a magic that transcends words. The warmth of when women unite is something magical, in the future I want this for my daughter to see and be part of with her friends, and for my son to see that women are a powerful yet loving force when they are together in a gathering.
Thus, Adelfi Sol Collective was born – inspired by my family’s Greek heritage and rooted in the belief that women, when united, are an unstoppable force for good. It’s a community of like-minded women, each driven by a desire to
support and uplift one another.

Together, we curate bespoke retreat experiences tailored to the needs and desires of our guests.
